Job Title: Saudi B2B Business Development Representative (Telesales) Location: Al Rahmaniyah (Al-Burj Building), Riyadh, KSAWorking Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The Role We are seeking a motivated Saudi National to join our Riyadh team as a B2B Business Development Representative. This role is critical for expanding our footprint in the KSA market through proactive lead generation, digital engagement, and professional relationship management.
Key Responsibilities- Outreach & Lead Generation: Execute outbound calls and digital outreach to identify potential B2B clients for Broadnet’s telecom and messaging solutions.- Pipeline Management: Identify new business opportunities and qualify leads, nurturing them effectively through the sales cycle.- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term professional partnerships with corporate clients, ensuring trust and high satisfaction.- Sales Targets: Present customized messaging solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets.- Strategic Collaboration: Work alongside technical, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project success.- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on local KSA telecom trends and competitor shifts to strategically position our services.- Reporting: Maintain precise records in the CRM and provide regular performance reports to management.
Qualifications- Nationality: This position is exclusively open to Saudi Nationals (as per MHRSD localization requirements).- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in telesales, business development, or account management. Experience in A2P SMS or the telecom sector is a significant advantage.- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Key Skills- Native-level Arabic (written and verbal) and professional fluency in English.- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales workflows.- Proven ability to work independently and hit performance KPIs
