Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation

Design and develop menus featuring high-end Lebanese and international cuisine, aligned with market trends and customer expectations

Oversee food preparation processes to ensure efficiency, hygiene, and compliance with health & safety standards

Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain a high-performing and disciplined team

Control food costs, manage inventory, and minimize waste while maintaining quality standards

Ensure proper sourcing of ingredients and maintain strong relationships with suppliers

Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity and service speed

Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations

Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation across all dishes served

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Head Chef in high-end restaurants

Strong expertise in Lebanese and international cuisine

Previous experience in the UAE or GCC is highly preferred

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and communication skills

Willingness to relocate to Riyadh, KSA by May 2026
