Accountabilities

Research potential vendors to procure equipment, tools, and supplies to ensure the best quality and price.

Compare and evaluate offers based on prices, terms, delivery schedule, supplier performance, product quality and approvals from departments.

Negotiate contract terms, shipping terms and pricing to make sure sourcing of items done cost effectively and efficiently

Issue POs and track the orders to ensure timely delivery

Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely.

Enter order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases

Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses

Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or bachelor s in supply chain, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
- 2-3 years of experience in relevant field
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in MS Office and Oracle systems
