We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and comfort across the residences. This role is central to shaping the daily experience of our residents—ensuring that every space is meticulously maintained and every interaction reflects the brand’s legendary service culture.
What you will do
Operational excellence
- Lead day-to-day housekeeping operations across residences, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene.
- Implement and oversee a rigorous inspection programme, ensuring consistency and accountability.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office and Engineering to ensure seamless operations and communication.
Quality & detail
- Conduct regular inspections of residences and public areas, driving immediate corrective action where needed.
- Maintain strong control over inventory, supplies, and equipment to support efficient operations.
- Continuously refine processes to elevate standards in line with The Ritz-Carlton expectations.
Resident experience
- Contribute to a refined and personalised residential experience through attention to detail and service excellence.
- Respond to resident requests and concerns with professionalism, urgency, and care.
- Support a culture where housekeeping is seen as an integral part of the overall living experience.
People leadership
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing housekeeping team.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable working environment.
- Ensure team members are well-equipped, engaged, and aligned with service expectations.
- Recognise performance and support continuous development across all levels.
Performance & efficiency
- Manage staffing levels in line with business demands and operational priorities.
- Support departmental budget management, balancing cost control with quality delivery.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to drive efficiency and consistency.
Who we’re looking for
You are a detail-oriented leader with a passion for excellence and a strong understanding of luxury standards.
Experience & background
- Experience in housekeeping leadership within luxury hospitality, residences, or high-end real estate.
- Strong operational knowledge of housekeeping systems, processes, and quality control.
- Proven ability to lead teams and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Hospitality, Business, or related qualification preferred. Equivalent experience in a similar environment will also be considered.
