Job Description:We are seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Engineer with strong electrical and mechanical background to support the installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of production lines.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in setting up new equipment and ensuring smooth daily operations through effective troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in installation and commissioning of production lines and machinery
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (electrical & mechanical)
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment faults efficiently
Handle PLC systems (basic programming, troubleshooting, monitoring)
Coordinate with suppliers and technicians during setup phase
Ensure minimal downtime and continuous production efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
3–7 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, sensors, and control panels
Good mechanical maintenance skills (pneumatics, hydraulics is a plus)
Experience with PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, Allen-Bradley) Hands-on, problem-solving mindset
Good communication skills
Preferred:
Experience in medical or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Experience in production line installation or factory setup.
