Job Requirements:
Experience in tele sales or call center sales. Experience in the insurance or financial sector is preferred. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same or related field. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to handle outbound calls and convert leads into sales. Experience in managing and following up on customer data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs.
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote insurance products. Achieve monthly sales targets through tele sales activities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions. Coordinate with internal departments to complete sales processes. Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in tele sales or call center sales, preferably in insurance.
