Job Description
1. Offline and online training work Trainees: sales team, distributors, resellers, installers, and promoters. Typical training scenarios: new product launches, new customer development, quarterly regular training2. Online technical question answering Service objects: distributors, resellers and installers Deal with typical problems: installation problems, links, video playback, etc. Processing method: Facebook, phone, chat software.3. Offline technical support Service object: distributors, resellers and installers Typical scenario: Resolve technical problems on site and resolve product quality issues4. Translation Sorting out localized user guidance materials General issues, quick installation manuals in local language, and operation video shooting5. Product promotion Typical scenarios: annual customer meetings, annual new product launches, industry exhibitions,Main role: product presentation, technical solutions, sample booth setting6. App operation and promotion:Partner App: update the product material, promote the App to resellers and installers Job Requirement3-year experience in the technical support position . Have deep knowledge in IT/CCTV/Technology products. Familiar with CCTV ,smart home ,wifi Camera industry. Qualifications Bachelor degree of technical or related field;Good English and Arabic reading, writing and speaking;Good interpersonal, written oral communication and presentation skills;Customer-oriented;Accustomed to frequent business trips.
