Job Title: Relationship Manager
Role Summary The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The role focuses on client retention, account management, and acting as the main point of contact between clients and the company.
Key Responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with key clients and strategic accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of valuation services in coordination with internal teams. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. Monitor client satisfaction and handle escalations professionally. Follow up on ongoing projects and ensure adherence to deadlines. Prepare regular client reports and updates. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems. Collaborate with Sales and Valuation teams to improve service delivery. Support in acquiring new clients through referrals and networking.
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in client relations, account management, or similar roles. Experience in real estate / valuation sector is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Fluency in Arabic and English.
