Roles & Responsibilities

Build and lead the international brokerage strategy, with a focus on scaling US equities flow

Enhance execution capabilities, ensuring best-in-class speed, pricing, and platform efficiency

Develop and optimize client journeys via digital channels, leveraging technology and vendor solutions

Introduce new products, vendors, and capabilities to strengthen the platform s competitive positioning

Build and lead a team from the ground up, aligned to the long-term growth strategy

Desired Candidate Profile

Deep international brokerage experience within established brokerage firms, with a strong focus on servicing retail and sophisticated individual investors

Strong experience in building, scaling, or optimising digital trading platforms, with a deep understanding of how technology drives client engagement and execution quality

Proven track record in US equities trading and market structure, with strong awareness of global markets and products (including prime brokerage, IPOs, and multi-asset execution)

Strong understanding of brokerage technology, trading platforms, and vendor ecosystems (e.g. market data providers, execution systems, pricing tools)

Ability to analyze competitors, identify gaps, and introduce new services and capabilities to stay ahead of the curve
