Job Title: Operations Manager — Cafe Chain

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (Field + Office)

Type of Work: Full-time | On-site

A decisive, assertive, and highly disciplined Operations Manager is sought to lead the overall operational performance of all 38 Rebus Cafe branches. This is a high-responsibility position requiring respected field leadership, applying quality and compliance standards that are non-negotiable, and making quick, informed decisions when any incident occurs.

This is not just an office role. You will be in the field, within the branches, visibly leading the team — monitoring, correcting, and guiding.

Skills

Exceptional field leadership and team accountability skills

• Strong analytical ability — comfortable reading profit and loss statements, key performance indicators, and variance reports

• Excellent proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) — mandatory

• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and operational management/point of sale software

• Ability to manage, inspire, and discipline a geographically distributed team
