Job Description:The Training and Development Supervisor is responsible for supporting the design, coordination, and execution of training programs For operation team. The role ensures effective delivery of onboarding, operational, and development training aligned with business goals. The supervisor will oversee trainers, coordinate training schedules, monitor trainee performance, and ensure consistency of learning standards across all locations. The role also supports training evaluations, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Skills & Qualifications Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field 3–5 years of experience as a training supervisor, learning & development, or talent development Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in F&B Sector Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills Experience in operational, F&B or Coffee companies Training environments Ability to develop training materials and coordinate training delivery Familiarity with LMS or LXP or Share Point-based learning platforms Strong organizational, reporting, and follow-up skills Justifications: To support the growing training needs across multiple locations To ensure consistent delivery and quality of training programs To reduce dependency on single trainers and improve coverage To Supervise the Barista Trainers and Cashier Trainers. To manage the SM, TL development programs in terms of interpersonal To support in AM development courses To supervise the different development programs such as (QIMMA and Successors).
