Job Summary The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced airport retail environment. The role focuses on assisting customers, promoting products, and maintaining high standards of store presentation while working flexible shifts.
Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Help customers locate products and suggest suitable alternatives Provide accurate product information and basic customer support Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and shelf presentation Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well stocked Follow company policies, security, and airport regulations Support team members to ensure smooth daily store operations
Requirements & Qualifications1–2 years of experience in sales, retail, travel retail, or other high-volume environments Experience in food and beverage industry Ability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts English and Arabic language skills suitable for customer service Outgoing, positive personality with strong customer engagement skills High standard of personal grooming and professional appearance Must be eligible to obtain:Airport security pass Municipality license for working with food Candidates must not be currently studying
