We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our growing catering operation in Jeddah.
We operate in B2B and B2C catering, delivering high-quality culinary experiences for corporate clients and private events. We are seeking a professional who can consistently deliver excellence in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead assigned kitchen section with full responsibility for quality and consistency • Prepare and execute dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines • Ensure high-volume production without compromising quality • Maintain strict HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards (global compliance) • Support kitchen workflow, mise en place, and service execution • Work closely with operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Requirements (International Standards): • Proven experience as Chef de Partie or Senior CDP in catering, hotels, or high-volume kitchens • Strong knowledge of HACCP systems and food safety compliance • Experience in both à la carte and large-scale production (banqueting/catering) • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments • Strong attention to detail, consistency, and quality control • Team leadership mindset with excellent discipline and communication skills • Culinary diploma or equivalent professional training is a plus
