Job Purpose:Responsible to provide treatment and care for patients who have been involved in any medical emergencies or other crises.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:Responds to any emergency calls immediately. Assesses, evaluates, and reports patient condition utilizing approved methodology / triage system. Makes differential diagnoses for patients Administers appropriate medication following the 10 rights for medication administration and monitor effect. Carries out emergency procedures like dressing of wounds and other necessary measures for any form of injuries. Transporting patients to the medical center and continuing to provide treatment while in transit. Demonstrates competence in performing Cardio pulmonary Resuscitation Provides necessary information to ER physician related to patient condition and treatment. Documents in HIS as indicated by relevant policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Experience: Preferred a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
Education: Bachelor’s in emergency medical services or a related field
Licenses / Certifications:: License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA), BLS, ACLS and other LSTC courses as applicable.
