Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth strategies, drive market expansion, and strengthen the company's position through strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities. Develop and enhance products and services to meet market needs. Monitor and evaluate government tenders and projects. Prepare and review technical and financial proposals. Build and manage strategic relationships with key partners and clients. Represent the company at conferences and industry events within the Kingdom. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment in business development efforts. Monitor overall performance and provide periodic reports to senior management. Providing Support and assistance to the pre-sales team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development. Strong knowledge of government tenders and bidding processes. Proven experience in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities. Advanced negotiation and deal-closing skills. Ability to build and manage strategic partnerships. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
