Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fit-out Architect based in Jeddah, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. The Fit-out Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs and plans, overseeing integration, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. Key responsibilities include project management, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring quality standards in design and execution.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Architectural Design and Architecture with a focus on delivering functional and aesthetic solutions Knowledge in Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural projects Strong Project Management skills, including task coordination and timeline management Ability to work effectively in hybrid environments combining in-office and remote collaboration Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field Experience in the real estate or construction industry is advantageous Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
