Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead and expand our retail presence across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the FMCG sector, strong relationships with modern trade channels, and a deep understanding of hypermarkets and supermarkets. This role requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to drive sales growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement retail sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, including hypermarkets and supermarket chains.
  • Oversee product listings, promotions, pricing strategies, and in-store visibility.
  • Drive sales performance across modern trade channels.
  • Negotiate trade agreements and ensure optimal shelf space and merchandising.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor sales teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local market regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in retail sales within the FMCG industry.
  • Mandatory experience in the Saudi market.
  • Strong knowledge of modern trade, hypermarkets, and supermarkets.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the Kingdom.

• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities


• Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategies and discuss with commercial director and retail team


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills


• Arabic language is a plus
