Company & Job Overview A leading company in the construction and real estate development sector in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking highly experienced Civil Engineers and Architects to contribute to infrastructure and urban development projects within a multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on technical leadership and coordination with design, execution, and review teams to ensure compliance with quality standards, timelines, and cost requirements.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage infrastructure and architectural projects from concept to execution in line with Saudi and international standards Prepare and review shop drawings and engineering designs, coordinating with design teams, contractors, and relevant authorities Analyze project requirements, develop schedules, and define resources and costs while monitoring progress regularly Conduct technical reviews of drawings and designs to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with client and regulatory requirements Maintain continuous communication with clients, contractors, and authorities, documenting all decisions and changes Manage risks and develop innovative design and execution solutions to keep projects within budget and timeline
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from an accredited institution Minimum 15 years of experience in civil and architectural projects in Saudi Arabia, with a strong track record in supervision, execution, and approvals Full knowledge of Saudi building codes and relevant international standards (e.g., ACI, AISC, NHSR, and local regulations) Proficiency in engineering design software such as Auto CAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and other BIM tools Fluency in Arabic and technical proficiency in English for documentation and professional communication
Required Skills:Strong leadership and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams Problem-solving skills in design, planning, and coordination across disciplines Project management skills in terms of scheduling, cost control, and quality execution Ability to prepare presentations and explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders Strong negotiation and communication skills with commitment to deadlines and proper documentation
