? Job Purpose:
To prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold beverages, especially coffee, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining cleanliness and quality standards.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages (Espresso, Latte, Cappuccino, etc.).
- Operate coffee machines and equipment efficiently.
- Greet customers and take orders professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels (coffee, milk, syrups, etc.).
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle payments (cash/POS).
