Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement finance strategies aligned with company objectives.

  • Translate strategy into annual budgets/forecasts and long term financial plans; monitor performance.

  • Lead month end/periodic financial reporting, cash flow management, and dashboarding.

  • Coordinate external/internal/ICV audits; ensure compliance with KSA laws and IFRS.

  • Oversee procurement/finance controls to ensure legal and contractual adherence.

  • Manage treasury and banking relationships (guarantees, hedging, investments) and optimize liquidity.

  • Support cross functional teams on commercial contracts, legal liaison, and sourcing/negotiations.

  • Lead and develop finance & procurement teams; promote Lean/continuous improvement.

  • Act as financial signatory per PoA/authority matrix; represent finance with shareholders and lenders.
