Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement finance strategies aligned with company objectives.
Translate strategy into annual budgets/forecasts and long term financial plans; monitor performance.
Lead month end/periodic financial reporting, cash flow management, and dashboarding.
Coordinate external/internal/ICV audits; ensure compliance with KSA laws and IFRS.
Oversee procurement/finance controls to ensure legal and contractual adherence.
Manage treasury and banking relationships (guarantees, hedging, investments) and optimize liquidity.
Support cross functional teams on commercial contracts, legal liaison, and sourcing/negotiations.
Lead and develop finance & procurement teams; promote Lean/continuous improvement.
Act as financial signatory per PoA/authority matrix; represent finance with shareholders and lenders.
