About the Role The job holder is responsible for leading the strategy, partner management, and operational delivery of parking and mobility partnerships, and accountable for maximizing commercial revenue and passenger experience across all ground transportation and parking assets of the airport. Leading the strategy, operations, and partnerships associated with car parks, valet services, ride-hailing, car rental concessions, electric vehicle infrastructure, and emerging mobility solutions, and other parking and mobility activities positioning the airport as a leading mobility hub in line with global best practice.


Key Responsibilities Strategy and Planning • Contribute to the development of Commercial Partnerships business plan ensuring alignment with KSIADC strategy • Develop the operational plan for Parking and Mobility Partnerships in line with Commercial Partnerships business plan and Commercial strategic plan • Implement plans and provide input to enable achievement of Parking and Mobility Partnerships goals that support KSIADC’S overall strategic plans Budget Management • Discuss Parking and Mobility Partnerships budgeting requirements with top management and provide input to the budgeting process • Ensure effective utilization of Parking and Mobility Partnerships budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered • Ensure effective utilization of the Parking and Mobility Partnerships budget and report accurately any deviations from set budget Parking and Mobility Partnerships • Lead the development of a long-term parking and mobility partnerships strategy by aligning airport commercial objectives with passenger flow, access needs, ground transportation trends, and evolving mobility solutions • Manage the identification and evaluation of parking partners, mobility service providers, and technology partners through detailed market research, benchmarking, and analysis of traveler behavior • Initiate and lead partnership outreach efforts to attract innovative and reliable partners in parking management, car rentals, ride-hailing, micro-mobility, and EV charging services that align with KSIADC’s guest experience goals • Oversee the negotiation and execution of partnerships agreements, ensuring commercial viability, operational standards, pricing policies, and regulatory compliance • Coordinate with infrastructure and operations teams to define optimal layouts, signage, access points, and digital integration to support seamless guest experience and operational efficiency • Monitor delivery and handover timelines for parking areas, mobility zones, and infrastructure upgrades to ensure readiness in line with terminal operations and expansion plans • Collaborate with Marketing to design public communication campaigns for parking solutions, digital booking platforms, loyalty programs, and mobility service promotions • Hold regular strategic performance reviews with mobility and parking partners to assess service quality, address operational gaps, and drive innovation and revenue optimization • Track utilization, occupancy rates, revenue per space, and dwell time analytics to inform zoning strategies, dynamic pricing models, and investment decisions • Maintain a centralized database of parking and mobility partnerships, capturing contract terms, performance metrics, infrastructure specs, and digital integration details • Benchmark with global airports and emerging mobility providers to incorporate best practices, future-proof mobility infrastructure, and position KSIA as a leader in airport ground access • Own and deliver the Parking & Mobility P&L, including revenue targets, cost management, and margin optimization. • Lead pricing strategy, yield management, and pre-booking channel optimization to maximize revenue per space. • Ensure concession agreements are structured to maximize airport revenue share while maintaining partner competitiveness. • Drive technology adoption across ANPR, dynamic pricing systems, parking guidance, and contactless payment. • Partner with Real Estate and Master Planning on parking infrastructure planning, capacity expansion, and terminal forecourt design. • Represent the airport in industry forums, government transport working groups, and smart city mobility initiatives. • Collaborate with Airlines & Cargo and Real Estate teams to align ground transport infrastructure with terminal development plans • Develop a roadmap for integrating autonomous vehicles, micro-mobility, and multimodal connectivity into the airport's ground transport offer. Policies, Processes and Procedures • Lead the design and implementation of Parking and Mobility Partnerships policies and procedures covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural / legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high impact and achieving results effectively and efficiently • Stay abreast of best practices to enable continuous improvement of systems, processes, and policies related to Parking and Mobility Partnerships • Remain abreast of Commercial Partnerships leading practice and new trends, and identify recommendations for corrective measures, updates and improvements where required Stakeholder Management • Establish working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders • Collect feedback from stakeholders on issues being faced and other requirements in order to identify barriers and develop action plans • Actively gain exposure and insights to local market development, business opportunities, and the existing regulatory landscape • Attend related forums, seminars, etc. to enrich network and learn about the latest developments and opportunities People Management • Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent • Guide, mentor and support direct reports to execute duties according to set policies and processes • Develop individual performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate / appraise team and provide regular feedback on performance • Establish a high-performance working environment and promote KSIADC values
Education• A Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning or equivalent is required • A Master’s Degree in Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning or equivalent is preferred

Experience• Minimum 8 years of experience in similar role or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in a managerial position
