We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who can drive revenue, not just activity. This role requires a leader who owns the full commercial cycle—from demand creation to deal closing and cash collection—with a strong grip on both sales execution and marketing strategy. Role Purpose Lead and optimize sales performance and marketing impact to maximize project revenue, absorption, and market positioning. Key Responsibilities Define and lead sales strategy, targets, and revenue delivery Manage and scale internal sales teams and external brokers/agencies Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns Own the full sales funnel (lead generation → conversion → closing) Align with market intelligence and development teams on pricing strategy Plan and execute project launches and go-to-market strategies Track and optimize sales and marketing performance metrics KPIsTotal sales value and units sold Conversion rate across the funnel Sales cycle duration Cost per lead (CPL) Campaign ROI and marketing efficiency Profile Required8–12 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing (KSA experience preferred) Strong track record in off-plan sales and project launches Proven ability to drive revenue through structured sales strategies Balanced expertise across commercial sales and marketing execution Strong experience managing brokers, agencies, and channel partners
