Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple ice cream outlets in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high customer service standards, and driving business growth across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of all ice cream outlets Ensure consistent product quality and excellent customer service Manage store managers and staff performance Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability Implement operational policies and procedures Handle inventory control, stock management, and supplier coordination Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations Train and develop team members Plan promotions and strategies to increase sales
Requirements:Proven experience as an Operations Manager in F&B or retail (ice cream/food chain preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Good knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting Ability to manage multiple locations Strong communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
