A leading Construction Project is urgently hiring for the role of Warehouse Supervisor
QUALIFICATION:High school diploma or equivalent (associate/bachelor’s in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred) Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and safety procedures Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or supervision preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including pickers, packers, and forklift operators Manage inventory control, stock levels, and storage organization Monitor and maintain safety standards and compliance with regulations Plan and optimize warehouse workflow and operations Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping of goods Train, evaluate, and motivate warehouse staff Prepare reports on productivity, inventory, and staff performance
