• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role
• Strong background in real estate, construction, engineering consultancy, or related sectors
• Demonstrated experience in marketing similar services and activities
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation
• Experience in digital marketing, LinkedIn marketing, Google Ads, and website-driven campaigns
• Experience preparing marketing collateral, case studies, and business presentations
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a part-time or freelance capacity
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to business growth
• Good understanding of private sector client acquisition and professional services marketing
• Riyadh-based candidate preferred
• Experience in the Saudi market is strongly preferred
• Arabic language is an advantage

Preferred Profile

• Experience marketing engineering design, project management, supervision, PMO, or asset-related services
• Ability to position technical services in a commercially compelling way
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Zoho
• Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills
