Job Details

Job Purpose To lead the development, positioning, pricing, and lifecycle management of products by translating customer needs and market trends into profitable product offerings. The Product Manager acts as the bridge between cross-functional teams—such as R&D, production, marketing, and sales—to ensure that the right product is delivered to the right market at the right time.
Job Responsibilities1- Product Strategy & Planning: Define product vision and roadmap in alignment with company objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Develop business cases for new products or modifications to existing ones.2- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage products from concept to launch and throughout their lifecycle. Monitor product performance, sales trends, and profitability. Recommend product enhancements, phase-outs, or replacements based on data.3- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with R&D, design, production, and marketing to ensure timely product development and delivery. Ensure alignment between sales strategies and product capabilities.4- Pricing & Positioning: Develop pricing strategies based on value, cost, and competition. Ensure alignment between product pricing and the company’s overall pricing policy.5- Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor products, pricing, and positioning. Provide insights and reports to support strategic decisions.6- Sales Support & Training: Provide technical and product knowledge support to sales teams. Develop product training materials and tools for internal and external stakeholders.
Education Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Business Administration)
Experience+7 years of experience in product management, preferably in manufacturing, construction materials, ceramics, sanitary ware, or related industries.
Language Fluency in Arabic and English.
Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Project management and multitasking ability. Business acumen and strategic thinking. Market and customer insight orientation. Attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power Point)
