Job Overview We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator with experience in producing high-quality content that delivers real results (sales and conversions), and who is capable of creating engaging and impactful daily videos across social media platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities Create and develop daily content (especially short-form videos) with high quality. Plan content with the goal of increasing sales and conversions. Write professional scripts tailored to the target audience. Analyze content performance and continuously optimize it. Improve content elements such as:Hook (capturing attention at the beginning of the video) Storytelling Call To Action Understand the algorithms of the following platforms: Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts. Coordinate with influencers and content creators and guide them to produce content aligned with brand objectives. Work with the marketing and advertising team to improve performance. Execute ideas quickly and turn them into actual daily content.
Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation. Proven experience in producing videos that achieve results (views and sales). Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken). Ability to communicate in English.
Strong skills in:Filming (mobile or camera) Editing Scriptwriting Speed in production and commitment to daily publishing. Understanding audience behavior and converting it into impactful content.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in e Commerce. Experience in paid advertising content. Ability to continuously generate new ideas. Experience working with influencers. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of daily/weekly videos. Conversion rate. Cost per acquisition (CPA). Number of views and engagement. Content performance in ads.
