???? Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
* Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
* Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and manage documentation
* Handle correspondence and ensure smooth office operations
???? Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar role
* Hands-on experience in recruitment or HR support
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
