Job Title: Senior Application Support Engineer – MS Dynamics 365 & Enterprise Systems Location-Riyadh Introduction & Purpose We are seeking proposals from qualified IT service providers to supply a dedicated, on‑site Production Support Team. The objective is to ensure continuous availability, stability, and security of core enterprise applications, primarily centered around Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its integrated components. Resource Requirements Location: 100% On‑site at client office Scope of Work1. Core Systems Management & Monitoring Manage and monitor Microsoft Dynamics 365 and integrated components (. NET consoles, SQL databases, Share Point portals, APIs, and API management platforms).2. Incident & Ticket Management Serve as primary contact for user tickets and production incidents. Debug and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Prepare incident reports with RCA, timelines, and resolution documentation. Adhere to SLAs and implement automation for ticket workflows.3. Release & Change Management Execute releases for UAT and Production environments. Conduct deployments during scheduled maintenance windows. Raise and document Change Requests with impact analysis for CAB approval.4. Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Configure and maintain DR environments. Participate in DR drills and continuity exercises. Ensure application functionality during recovery testing.5. Security, Compliance & Audit Follow corporate security and compliance policies. Collaborate with security teams on patches and configuration changes. Address audit findings and ensure compliance readiness.6. Knowledge Management & Reporting Maintain a technical knowledge base (KB) of known issues, SOPs, and automated fixes. Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the Application Manager. Minimum Technical Qualifications Microsoft Dynamics 365: Administration, configuration, troubleshooting, production support.. NET Framework / . NET Core: Debugging console applications and supporting services. Microsoft SQL Server: Database administration, querying, performance monitoring, troubleshooting. Preferred Skills: Share Point administration, API integration troubleshooting, API management platforms.
