Make every member feel welcome and valued Anticipate needs and provide thoughtful, personalized assistance Manage bookings, inquiries, and day-to-day member support Keep the environment polished, professional, and inviting Work closely with the team to maintain seamless member experiences Requirements:
1 - 2 years in people-facing or hospitality roles Excellent English and Arabic, spoken and written Luxury, wellness, or hospitality background preferred Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help
