Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for Sales Executives. In this position, Sales Executives will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting the company's properties and services. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals, managing sales negotiations, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and deliver solutions that match customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
1- Real Estate Sales- Sell residential properties from the company’s portfolio.- Conduct property tours, provide detailed information, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
2- Client Engagement- Interact with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.- Provide professional advice and guidance on buying, selling, and investment opportunities.
3- Lead Generation- Generate and follow up on potential leads to expand the client base.- Build and maintain a strong professional network to enhance business opportunities.
4- Market Analysis- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.- Provide clients with accurate and timely market insights.
5- Client Relationship Management- Ensure clients are well-informed about available properties, their features, benefits, and pricing.- Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust and transparency.-Maintain regular communication with clients to support their evolving real estate needs.
6- Presentations and Site Visits- Deliver engaging presentations and arrange site visits to help clients visualize their potential investments.
7- Deal Closure- Facilitate timely completion of transactions and ensure all documentation and processes are accurately executed.
Qualifications Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and closing deals Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management Knowledge of real estate markets and property sales processes Negotiation and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
