Location: Saudi Arabia Al Qassim, Hail Region

·       Fully responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and management of the wastewater treatment plant to ensure compliant discharge and stable operation;

·       Implement and optimize operation plans to ensure that treated water volume and effluent quality consistently meet contractual requirements and Saudi environmental standards;

·       Lead the operations team, define job responsibilities, organize skill training, and enhance the team's professional competence and safety awareness;

·       Manage plant equipment and facilities, organize preventive maintenance and planned repairs to reduce failure rates and ensure normal operation;

·       Control operational costs, optimize the consumption of chemicals and electricity, improve operational efficiency and economic benefits;

·       Establish and improve the operational data recording and analysis system, regularly prepare operation reports and performance analyses;

·       Responsible for daily communication with Saudi environmental protection, municipal and other government departments to ensure compliant operation and cooperate with supervision and inspections;

·       Develop and organize the implementation of emergency plans to enhance the team's emergency response capability and ensure safe production;

·       Manage the inventory of spare parts and chemicals during the operation period to ensure the timeliness and safety of material supply;

·       Promote technological innovation and process optimization in operations, solve technical difficulties during operation;

·       Responsible for plant HSSE management, implement safety, environmental protection and occupational health measures;

·       Coordinate communication with the owner, community and relevant stakeholders to maintain good cooperative relationships;

·       Cultivate reserve talents for operations management, establish a sustainable team capability system;

·       Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Skills

·       Bachelor's degree or above in Environmental Engineering, Water Supply and Drainage, Chemical Engineering or related majors;

·       More than 10 years of experience in wastewater treatment plant operation and management, including more than 5 years of experience in a plant manager or senior management position;

·       Possess comprehensive management experience in large-scale municipal or industrial wastewater treatment plants, familiar with mainstream treatment processes (such as Activated Sludge Process, MBR, etc.);

·       Have experience in wastewater treatment project management or operation in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia preferred), familiar with local environmental regulations;

·       Proficient in operational cost control, equipment management and process optimization, with data analysis and decision-making capabilities;

·       Excellent team leadership, cross-cultural communication and emergency response capabilities;

·       Fluent in English (working language), Arabic language ability is preferred;

·       Able to adapt to the on-site working environment, with strong stress resistance and sense of responsibility.
