Position Overview : 

We are seeking an English Language Instructor to provide English training for our employees. As many team members have recently relocated from China, English proficiency levels vary across the organization. The goal of this role is to strengthen English communication skills to support effective workplace interaction.

Training will be structured into two formats:

• Large group courses for general staff
• Small group courses for leadership

Course content will cover spoken English practice, grammar, vocabulary building, business communication skills

Accommodation will be provided (single room or double room shared with other female colleagues).

Job Responsibilities

• Develop internal English training plans for the branch office, conduct phased English training courses, focusing on improving the team's English oral expression, daily communication, and business English application skills.
• Design targeted English oral training scenarios (such as project site communication, business meeting exchanges, etc.) based on the characteristics of the construction industry, and enhance training effectiveness through interactive exercises and scenario simulations.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to complete the translation of various external materials, ensuring that the translation content is accurate, professional, conforms to industry standards, and is delivered on time.

Job Requirements

Preference will be given to candidates with basic Arabic skills.

At least one year of relevant English training experience, capable of independently developing training programs and designing training materials; the experience requirement may be relaxed for outstanding candidates.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, and ability to work under pressure; conscientious, meticulous, and able to adapt to the local working and living environment in Saudi Arabia.
