We are looking for a Sales Representative to drive sales growth, strengthen market presence, and ensure product availability across assigned outlets. The role focuses on executing sales plans, expanding distribution, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring excellent in-store execution across wholesale, supermarket, and value retail channels.
Key Responsibilities• Achieve assigned sales, distribution, and numeric availability targets across traditional trade outlets.• Visit customers based on planned sales routes including wholesalers, supermarkets, and discounter stores.• Ensure availability of all active SKUs and maintain optimal stock levels across assigned outlets.• Execute in-store standards including visibility, shelving, planograms, pricing, and promotional displays.• Implement trade promotions, new product launches, and sales campaigns in the market.• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, buyers, wholesalers, and purchasing teams.• Monitor competitor activities including pricing, promotions, and shelf presence.• Negotiate orders and commercial agreements in line with company sales guidelines.• Ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, and adherence to agreed trade terms.• Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market feedback, and outlet coverage.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience0–3 years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably within traditional trade, wholesale, or retail channels.
