Job Details

Job Purpose:To provide prompt, efficient, and professional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering information about automotive products and services.
Job Accountabilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding automotive products, services, and policies. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products, promotions, and company policies. Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system for future reference and analysis.
Experience:0-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
Education:High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory). Associate's degree in Business, Customer Service, or related field is a plus.
