This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Design Architect, located in Mecca. The Senior Design Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural design processes, preparing and reviewing construction drawings, managing design projects, and ensuring that all designs meet the required quality and regulatory standards. The role requires collaboration with various internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are successfully achieved while adhering to budgets and deadlines.
Responsibilities :Preparing architectural and execution drawings. Creating interior perspectives. Creating exterior perspectives and façades. Preparing project presentations. Coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is a plus Required Software for the Architectural Engineer:Proficiency in Auto CADAuto CAD – Revit – Photoshop – Lumion – 3ds Max Strong proficiency in Architectural Design and Design Management Experience with preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders Proven ability to lead and manage complex architectural projects Knowledge of relevant design tools and software Previous experience in a senior architecture role or similar position is preferred
