Job Title Sales Representative /Sales Engineer– Specialty Chemicals
Job Summary: We are seeking a young and dynamic Sales Professional with proven experience in Specialty Chemicals, particularly in Paints & Coatings, Industrial Adhesives, and Construction Chemicals, to drive business growth, develop new customer relationships, and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Paints, Coatings, Adhesives, and Construction Chemicals sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and industrial customers. Promote and sell specialty chemical raw materials and solutions to customers. Conduct technical sales presentations and product demonstrations. Work closely with the technical and product development teams to support customer requirements. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements with customers. Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth. Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and client meetings. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field. Additional Sales or Business qualification is an advantage. Experience3–4 years of sales experience in Specialty Chemicals.(Construction Chemicals, Paints or Coatings Businesses.) Strong exposure to industries such as:Paints & Coatings Industrial Adhesives Construction Chemicals Packaging Chemicals Experience in B2B industrial sales is highly preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong technical sales and product knowledge. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to develop new markets and manage key accounts. Strong customer relationship management skills. Results-oriented with a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
