Role Description We are seeking a full-time Sales Engineer to join our team in Riyadh in an on-site capacity. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, providing technical solutions to clients, and supporting pre-sales and post-sales processes. This role includes preparing proposals, presenting technical solutions, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications Possess strong Sales and Sales Engineering skills, including prospecting, proposal development, and deal closure. Demonstrate Technical Support expertise, with the ability to explain complex systems and solutions to a variety of audiences. Display excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, ensuring clear interactions and a client-focused approach. Experience in the electrical safety or solar energy industries is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Proficiency in CRM software and tools is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; fluency in English (Arabic a plus).
Key Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors in the Riyadh market. Prepare technical proposals, commercial quotations, and product recommendations while providing pre- and post-sales support. Conduct technical presentations, demos, and negotiations to meet sales targets and ensure project execution. Collaborate with internal teams for customer satisfaction, market expansion, and compliance with local standards.
