Job Details


  • Achieve assigned sales targets for the Manufacturing Unit (MU) across designated PIF and Manufacturing accounts, while generating marketing leads for all Lines of Business (LoBs) in line with the sales strategy.

  • Identify, qualify, and assess new business opportunities in coordination with LoB Managers to ensure alignment with technical and commercial objectives.

  • Develop and maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, ensuring up-to-date reporting on lead status and account activities.

  • Build and strengthen long-term client relationships and acquire new accounts in coordination with the Sales Manager.

  • Manage all communications, inquiries, and escalations within assigned accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Participate in bidding decisions and strategy formulation in line with the Delegation of Authority (DOA).

  • Follow up with Project Managers to monitor project progress, profitability (P/L), cash flow, and order processing status.

  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients and suppliers when required.

  • Ensure the development and execution of appropriate marketing and pricing strategies for assigned accounts.

  • Prepare and submit monthly progress and performance reports to the Sector Manager.

  • Contribute to industry knowledge development by supporting Special Interest Groups (SIGs) and staying updated on market trends.

  • Provide performance feedback and coaching support to Account Managers when applicable.
