The Assistant Production Planner supports the Senior Production Planner in coordinating daily production schedules and ensuring smooth workflow between the production machines and the sales team. The role involves monitoring machine capacity, tracking production progress, and assisting in determining delivery timelines based on actual output. The position requires close coordination with production, maintenance, and sales departments to ensure efficient operations and on-time delivery. Responsibilities: Assist in preparing daily and weekly production schedules Coordinate between production machines and sales team regarding order status Monitor machine output and update production progress reports Support in determining delivery timelines based on production capacity Follow up with maintenance and production teams to avoid delays Update planning data and reports using Excel or ERP system Report any production delays or bottlenecks to the Senior Production Planner Support continuous improvement in workflow efficiency Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field 6 months to 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production Knowledge of plastic production machines is preferred Good user of Microsoft Office
