Responsibilities:
What you will do
- Monitor production environments to ensure system health, alert management, interface/service availability, and batch/billing watchpoints.
- Manage the ITSM ticket lifecycle: create, classify, collect evidence, update, follow up, and validate incident closure.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, including daily trackers, shift handovers, escalation notes, and SLA/KPI inputs.
- Coordinate onsite with Salam IT/Ops teams for faster validation, log collection, and confirmation of business impact.
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement AI-driven initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

- Strong understanding of IT operations and production monitoring processes.
- Experience in ITSM tools and incident management lifecycle.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
