Job Details

We are looking for a professional and customer‑focused Receptionist to manage front‑desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and partners. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organization, and a positive, welcoming attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors professionally. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries. Maintain visitor logs and issue access badges. Coordinate meeting room bookings and office services. Support mail, courier, travel, immigration, and facility requests. Assist Office Services teams with events and office coordination. Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality
Education & Work Experience:
2–5 years of experience in reception or administrative roles. Experience in a multinational or professional services environment is preferred. High school diploma minimum: diploma in office administration is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
