What You'll Do



As an intern, you will be part of the dynamic and fast-paced Middle East Marketing & Communications function, supporting, amplifying and communicating the firm’s brand and helping drive growth. You will be exposed to real-world business challenges and contribute to key initiatives under the guidance of experienced professionals.




This internship offers valuable practical experience and insight into the inner workings of a highly successful and embedded Marketing & Communications team spread across Riyadh, Dubai & Doha, and aims to equip you with transferable skills applicable to future career opportunities.




The intern will be based in Riyadh and will rotate across multiple Marketing & Communications teams, gaining exposure to Corporate Communications, Practice Area Marketing & Communications, Client Engagement & Events, and Marketing Operations. The role is designed to provide a well-rounded understanding of how BCG engages internally and externally across the Middle East.




Key responsibilities:



  • Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
  • Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, or tracking sheets.
  • Help streamline internal processes and suggest improvements where applicable.
  • Participate in team meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling organizational information.
  • Take on additional duties as required to support the team or department’s goals.

Corporate Communications



  • Content Development & Messaging: Draft internal content and messaging at both Middle East system and office levels (Dubai, Doha, Riyadh), ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Communications Support: Assist with internal and external communications, including emails, announcements, and campaigns.
  • Storytelling & Channel Activation: Contribute to storytelling initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking & Insights: Monitor communication metrics (e.g., engagement rates, email opens, newsletter performance) and prepare concise, insight-driven reports.
  • Documentation & Governance: Maintain and update communication materials and internal documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.

Client Engagement & Events



  • Support the planning and execution of flagship regional and global events hosted in or involving the Middle East.
  • Assist in developing materials aligned with cross-cutting, senior-level event themes.
  • Contribute to the coordination of peer-to-peer forums and relationship-building platforms.
  • Help ensure strong visibility for ME MDPs and priority clients at regional and global BCG events.
  • Support logistics, supplier onboarding, invoicing and ad hoc event administrative takes.

Marketing Operations



  • CRM support and data hygiene: Assist in maintaining and updating CRM records, supporting contact segmentation, campaign tracking, and ensuring data accuracy across marketing systems.
  • Social media governance support: Help monitor compliance with brand and governance guidelines across official and personal social channels, and support coordination of posting calendars.
  • Personal branding enablement: Support BCGers with LinkedIn optimization, content coordination, and performance tracking to strengthen thought leadership visibility.
  • Reporting and analytics: Contribute to the preparation of marketing dashboards and performance reports, analyzing campaign effectiveness and identifying trends to inform decision-making.

Practice Area Marketing & Communications



  • Support thought leadership activation: Assist in adapting global and regional Practice Area content into Middle East–relevant messaging for newsletters, email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, and client-facing materials.
  • Coordinate visibility initiatives: Help track and support “seat at the table” opportunities, including event participation, speaking slots, and publication placements, ensuring alignment with PA priorities.
  • Support with client event organization: planning, logistics, and on-ground support
  • Media and social amplification support: Contribute to drafting social copy, preparing media briefing materials, and monitoring coverage and engagement metrics across channels.
  • Performance tracking and reporting: Support the analysis of campaign performance and engagement data, helping translate metrics into insights to optimize reach and impact.

What You'll Bring



  • Final-year university student eligible for COOP in June 2026
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Undergraduate Degree required in any relevant subject; preferably communications or marketing related
  • Strong communication skills to be able to converse with colleagues and clients from all backgrounds
  • Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and willingness to learn
  • You can solve routine problems by developing and choosing alternatives.
  • You always pay great diligence as well as have a habit of keeping track of what’s going on around you.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • You have a strong ability to work under pressure without losing composure.
  • You are results driven and self-motivated.
  • Consistency, dependability, and accuracy in carrying out your responsibilities.
  • Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment.
