- Lead creative ideation from concept to final execution across digital and print platforms
- Conduct research and translate insights into strong, original design concepts
- Contribute strategically during brainstorming sessions and creative discussions
- Develop compelling brand identities, campaign visuals, and communication systems
- Design high-quality packaging solutions with a strong understanding of structure, materials, print processes, and consumer behavior
- Produce motion graphics and animation content for digital platforms (social, web, presentations, internal communication)
- Build structured, persuasive design presentations that clearly communicate concept rationale and strategic thinking
- Proactively engage with marketing, branding, and other stakeholders to challenge ideas and improve creative output
- Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
- Stay updated on design, packaging, motion, and branding trends
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design
- Fluent English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills
- Exceptional research and ideation abilities
- Strong conceptual thinking — not just technical execution
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong motion and animation skills (After Effects or equivalent)
- Demonstrated expertise in packaging design (portfolio required)
- Ability to build clear, structured, and persuasive creative presentations
