Role Summary
We are seeking a results‑driven B2B Sales Representative to develop and close wholesale fresh fruit sales across Saudi Arabia and the broader GCC markets. This role is responsible for identifying qualified importers, distributors, and wholesale buyers, managing commercial discussions, and converting opportunities into profitable, long‑term customer relationships.
As a growing company, we are looking for a sales professional who is comfortable operating independently, building sales pipelines from the ground up, and managing the full sales cycle—from initial outreach through deal closure. Role Type: Performance-Based Sales Position.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and engage fruit importers, wholesalers, distributors, and large retailers across Saudi Arabia and GCC countries
- Proactively source new opportunities through direct outreach, trade networks, and market research
Sales Engagement & Negotiation
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries with clear, professional quotations
- Conduct commercial negotiations, including pricing, volumes, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Manage buyer communications related to product details, origin, certifications, and agreed logistics terms (Incoterms)
Deal Execution & Closing
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing and payment collection
- Coordinate sampling requests, trial orders, and repeat business
- Work closely with internal teams and partners to align on agreed delivery terms and execution
Market Representation
- Act as a commercial representative for the company in Saudi Arabia and GCC markets
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key buyers and decision‑makers
- Provide structured market feedback on pricing trends, demand patterns, and buyer expectations
Reporting & Pipeline Management
- Submit weekly sales activity reports covering outreach efforts, active negotiations, and deal status
- Maintain a clear, accurate, and organized sales pipeline
Compensation Structure
- Fixed Monthly Retainer: Range between $500-$1000 USD. Covers ongoing sales representation, active outreach, and pipeline development.
- Sales Commission:5%–12% of net profit per closed deal. Commission percentage is determined based on transaction volume and overall deal performance.
- Net profit calculations and commission structure will be clearly defined and shared prior to engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within fresh produce
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian wholesale market
- Familiarity with fresh fruit standards (grading, quality specs, shelf life, packaging)
- Confident negotiator with the ability to close high-value wholesale deals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in professional B2B environments
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely
- Experience handling international trade terms and buyer expectations is a strong advantage

Skills

- Experience in fresh produce, agriculture, food trading, or FMCG imports
- Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market, buyer behavior, and decision cycles
- Knowledge of fresh fruit quality standards (grades, packaging, shelf life, cold chain basics)
- Working knowledge of Incoterms, import documentation, and international logistics
- Existing buyer/wholesale network within Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage
- Arabic language skills (spoken or written) are a plus
