· Acquire O&M / Maintenance contracts (monthly & annual)
جلب عقود الصيانة والتشغيل (شهرية وسنوية)
· Build relationships with:
o Property owners
o Property management companies
o Consultants & developers
بناء علاقات مع ملاك العقارات، شركات إدارة الأملاك، والمكاتب الاستشارية
· Prepare and negotiate technical & commercial proposals
إعداد وتسعير عروض الأسعار الفنية والمالية
· Close deals and hand over signed contracts to operations
إغلاق الصفقات وتسليم العقود الموقعة لفريق التشغيل
· Develop a continuous pipeline of O&M opportunities
بناء قاعدة عملاء مستمرة لعقود الصيانة
Skills
· Minimum 3 years experience in:
o O&M
o Facilities Management
o or Business Development in construction
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الصيانة والتشغيل أو إدارة المرافق أو تطوير الأعمال
· Strong understanding of O&M contracts and pricing
معرفة جيدة بعقود الصيانة والتشغيل وتسعيرها
· Strong negotiation & communication skills
مهارات تفاوض وإقناع عالية
· Existing market connections are a strong advantage
