The HR Onboarding Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience by managing the onboarding process for new hires across various departments.

Responsibilities Manage the entire onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and necessary documentation.
Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement onboarding materials and training programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during the onboarding process.
Maintain accurate records of new hire documentation and onboarding progress in the HR system.
Provide support and guidance to new employees regarding benefits, company policies, and procedures.
Facilitate communication between new hires and their managers to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the onboarding process, making recommendations for improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in onboarding, talent acquisition, or HR administration within the civil engineering or technical industries.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Demonstrated ability to develop effective onboarding programs and materials.
Familiarity with HR best practices and relevant employment laws and regulations.
Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
