The project:
This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through Mace as a hands-on Project Management Consultant, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub-contract packages.
You’ll be responsible for:
Prepare contract documents, and support formal contract execution.
Advise on administration and compliance with building contract terms.
Measure works, prepare valuations, assess variations, and agree adjustments with contractors.
Provide cost control, monitoring, and financial reporting throughout the contract period.
Identify all costs related to design changes, awards, construction activities, and client changes.
Participate in evaluating contractor and subcontractor claims for delays and additional costs.
Advise on issuing completion certificates and ensure negotiation and agreement of final accounts.
Drive process improvements, support net‑zero carbon objectives, and proactively manage carbon impacts during delivery.
You’ll need to have:
Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
A degree in quantity surveying/cost management (or equivalent).
Proficient knowledge and expertise in specific sector/market of project/role.
Relevant technical qualification/certification for project portfolio/s.
Experience in FIDIC forms of contract.
Sound knowledge and ability to undertake and advise on Contract Administration and Contract Management.
