We are currently seeking an experienced professional for one of our clients in the large-scale manufacturing / heavy industry sector. This is a rare opportunity to join a group-level executive leadership team at a critical moment of transformation and value creation.
Position: Group CFO Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:Lead the group-wide financial strategy, capital structure, and long-term value creation Drive full IPO readiness and execution, including regulatory compliance and investor relations Oversee manufacturing finance, industrial costing, and operational performance Manage treasury, risk management, governance, and internal controls Lead, structure, and develop a multi-site, multi-country finance organization
Qualifications:15–20+ years of experience in senior finance leadership roles, including CFO-level responsibilities Professional qualification required: CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFACMA and/or SEC readiness is mandatory Strong background in manufacturing finance, preferably within heavy industry Executive presence, highly autonomous, and capable of engaging with boards, investors, and regulators
